Church Biography

New Creation Church is a thriving and growing local church that was established in Craig, Colorado in 2001 by Pastors Jason and Tracey Haskell. With a vision to see all of the earth filled with God’s glorious presence, New Creation Church is moving forward in the plan of God to bring the glorious good news of Jesus Christ and the presence of God to our community, our region, and to the ends of the earth. New Creation Church is a place of joyful high praise and extravagant worship, a place of heavenly freedom and life. We are not just a church, but a missions training base; a place where believers are being trained, equipped, and sent into all the world to spread the message of God’s love, freedom, and life that was given to us freely through the death, burial, and resurrection of His son Jesus.

                                             Pastor Jason Biography

With an emphasis on preaching and teaching the uncompromised truth of God’s written Word with the fire and passion of the Holy Spirit, Pastor Jason ministers the Word and the Spirit with joy, freedom, and power. His heart’s passion is to equip believers to fulfill the will of God for their lives. He carries an anointing to preach the Word of God with simplicity, passion, and with demonstration of the Spirit and power of God. A passion to see this generation rise to their full potential in Christ through revelation of the Word of God and contact with the glorious presence of the Holy Spirit is his constant motivation in ministry. His meetings are marked by the work and move of the Holy Spirit as the anointing of God is released in a way that equips believers to fulfill their divine destiny. With a heart and vision for missions and for nations, he not only pastors New Creation Church, but also travels internationally igniting believers around the world with the fire of God’s Word and presence.

Pastor Jason and his wife Tracey pioneered New Creation Church in Craig, Colorado in June 2001. They have two daughters, Brooke (9 yrs) and Rachael (6 yrs). In addition to the ministry of pastor, Pastor Jason also plays keyboard, and is the worship leader at New Creation Church.

                                                  Pastor Tracey Biography

Pastor Tracey's heart is to minister along side of her husband and help fulfill the vision God has given them. Her ministry emphasizes walking in love, Christian character and issues of the heart.  Her fun, energetic, and lighthearted but sincere teachings bring insight and revelation to peoples lives.  Pastor Tracey also heads the Children's Ministry at New Creation Church and has a heart to see children of all ages come to a knowledge and personal relationship with Jesus.  She loves to impart to all of the children, whether nursery age or above, and her goal is to see these children fulfill the call of God that is upon their lives.  She also participates in their youth group meetings and functions.   She enjoys ministering to women and has done women’s meetings internationally.   She desires to see women rise up and be all that God has called them to be.  She loves to worship God and is part of the Worship Team at New Creation Church.
